Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough
Mineral
and smoke components flavor the more traditional elements of Sauvignon
Blanc. One third of the blend saw fermentation and aging in French Oak.
Hence, the off beat character of this kiwi white is explained. Theres
still plenty of stone fruit and jazzy citrus present. But the result is a
slightly different take on the standard genre.
