style Chard shows greenish gold colors and exhibits a very restrained
bouquet While traces of apple and pear occur on the palate, crisp
tart citrus dominates, with lemon flavors lingering on the spicy
finish If you want an oaky, buttery white, this is not for you.
But it promises to pair well with food.
